What delivery options are available for my purchase?

We offer delivery services within a 60-mile radius of Croydon. We have a two man delivery team and we are happy to assist you with getting the sofa into your property, and in most cases your room of choice. 

What is the order process?

Once you place an order, we will contact you to arrange delivery. Delivery is usually within 1-3 days. Payment is taken upon delivery, not through our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or bank transfer. We do not accept PayPal or similar payment systems.

Are delivery costs refundable?

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the logistics involved in transporting your sofa.

How can I ensure the sofa I choose is in good condition?

All our sofas are carefully sourced, ensuring that each one has been well maintained and cared for. We conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the quality of our furniture before it is listed for sale. All sofas are cleaned and sanitised before sale.

Can I see the sofa before making a purchase?

We encourage customers to visit us in person to view the sofas beforehand. This allows you to assess the quality and comfort before making a decision. Please contact us to arrange a viewing.

What should I do if my sofa does not fit in my space?

We recommend measuring your space and considering the dimensions of the sofa before purchase. If you have any concerns, our team is available to assist you in selecting the right size for your living area.

Do you offer any warranties on your sofas?

As our sofas are gently used, we do not offer formal warranties. However, we ensure that all sofas are in excellent condition and provide detailed descriptions and photographs to help you make an informed decision.
