At Reloved Sofas, we take pride in offering quality second-hand sofas.
All items are sold on an "as seen" basis, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Sold As Seen
All our items are thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale. We ensure that any noticeable defects or wear are documented and made clear to potential buyers.
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of second-hand furniture sales, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been sold and collected/delivered.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Customer expectation of condition beyond what is reasonable for a used item
• Colour variations due to lighting or screen display

New Furniture
At ReLoved Sofas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies to all new items purchased through our website.
1. Our 28-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 28-day returns policy.
- You may return your item within 28 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (where possible)
- Not assembled (unless faulty)
Please note:
- Returns may be subject to a return/restocking fee
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
2. Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We can arrange collection if required – this will be quoted based on your location and item size
- Any failed delivery or refused orders may be subject to a £35 restocking charge plus the original delivery fee
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide photos showing the issue
- We will offer one of the following:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Full refund
We will cover all associated collection and redelivery costs in these cases
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in a resaleable condition.
We reserve the right to make deductions from refunds if:
- The item shows signs of use
- Packaging is missing or damaged
- The item has been assembled or altered
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear once processed
- We may withhold refunds until goods are returned and inspected
6. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow the instructions provided on the returns slip enclosed within your packaging.
- Complete the returns slip with your order details
- Include the slip with your returned item
- Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

7. Exceptions
The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
- Made-to-order or customised items
