Condition of Items
All items sold are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. We take reasonable care to accurately photograph and describe each item.
Due to the nature of used furniture, items will show signs of previous use, which may include minor marks, wear to fabric, small imperfections, or general ageing. These are normal for second-hand items and should be expected.
Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
By purchasing, the customer acknowledges the item is used and not in new condition.

Product Descriptions
We aim to describe items as accurately as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be as described, but normal wear consistent with used furniture does not constitute a fault.
Customers should carefully review all photographs, descriptions and measurements before purchasing.

All Sales Final
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Item not fitting in the property
• Customer expectation of condition beyond what is reasonable for a used item
• Colour variations due to lighting or screen display

Delivery Terms
We offer delivery to your property entrance as standard.
Assistance with moving items inside your property can be provided at the driver’s discretion. If you require this, you must inform us in advance of any access details, including (but not limited to) stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, tight doorways, or parking restrictions.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items will fit through entrances, hallways, and into the intended room. We are not liable if items cannot be moved into the property due to access limitations.
If access requirements are not disclosed in advance and delivery cannot be completed safely or reasonably, the delivery may be refused or completed to the nearest accessible point. In such cases, a standard restocking charge of £35 will be due, along with the non-refundable delivery charge.
Our team will always take reasonable care when handling and delivering items; however, we cannot accept liability for damage caused due to restricted access, tight spaces, or obstacles within the property.

Property Access and Measurements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, lifts, and into the intended space prior to purchase.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery dates and time windows are estimates only and may occasionally change due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Acceptance of Goods
Upon delivery or collection, the item is considered accepted in its current condition.

Collections
If an item is collected by the customer or a third-party courier arranged by the customer, the item is considered accepted at the point of collection and responsibility transfers to the customer.

Cleaning
Items are cleaned before sale where possible; however, customers may wish to carry out additional cleaning to their own standard.

Liability
We are not responsible for:
• Injuries sustained while handling furniture after delivery
• Any damage resulting from incorrect handling or transport by third parties
