Used Furniture

We offer delivery to your property entrance as standard.

Assistance with moving items inside your property can be provided at the driver’s discretion. If you require this, you must inform us in advance of any access details, including (but not limited to) stairs, lifts, narrow hallways, tight doorways, or parking restrictions.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items will fit through entrances, hallways, and into the intended room. We are not liable if items cannot be moved into the property due to access limitations.

If access requirements are not disclosed in advance and delivery cannot be completed safely or reasonably, the delivery may be refused or completed to the nearest accessible point. In such cases, a standard restocking charge of £35 will be due, along with the non-refundable delivery charge.

Our team will always take reasonable care when handling and delivering items; however, we cannot accept liability for damage caused due to restricted access, tight spaces, or obstacles within the property.

Property Access and Measurements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through doors, hallways, staircases, lifts, and into the intended space prior to purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery dates and time windows are estimates only and may occasionally change due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

1. Delivery Information

All orders are delivered via our trusted delivery partners. As some items are shipped directly from our fulfilment network, delivery methods and times may vary depending on the product and location.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 working days
  • Delivery times may vary based on availability and your location
  • We will contact you where necessary to arrange a suitable delivery date

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item ordered.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or difficult-to-access areas

3. Access Requirements (Important)

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item will fit into the property before placing an order.

Please check:

  • Doorways, hallways, and staircases
  • Tight corners or restricted access points
  • Lift access where applicable

If you are unsure, please contact us prior to ordering.

Failure to ensure adequate access may result in a failed delivery. In such cases, a £35 restocking charge plus the delivery fee will apply.


4. Delivery Day

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item
  • Our delivery partners will deliver to the entrance of the property unless otherwise agreed
  • Assistance inside the property may be available, but this must be arranged in advance

If no one is available to accept delivery, this may be treated as a failed delivery and charges may apply.


5. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered failed if:

  • Access is not suitable for the item
  • No one is available to receive the delivery
  • Delivery is refused without prior agreement

In such cases:

  • A £35 restocking charge will apply
  • The original delivery charge remains non-refundable
  • Redelivery will incur an additional charge

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your item upon delivery.

If there are any issues:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos showing the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem with a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
