Where do you deliver?
Our delivery team deliver within a 70 mile radius of Croydon. If you live outside our delivery zone, you are welcome to liase with us and arrange your own courier collection.
Can I view before I purchase?
We are currently unable to arrange viewings due to space restrictions. We offer video viewings if you would like to see a sofa in more detail.
How much will delivery cost?
We offer a very competitively priced delivery service. Once you enter your address at checkout, you will be given a delivery cost which ranges from £30-£80 depending on distance.
Can you remove my old sofa?
We do not currently offer a sofa removal service. However, we do purchase good condition sofas for cash. If you have a very good condition sofa you would like to sell, please email us at enquiries@relovedsofas.co.uk.
Can I pay for a sofa in instalments?
Yes, we offer flexible payment terms via Klarna. You will see the option to pay with Klarna at checkout.
